Where did it all start?
Welcome to a space full of women’s power and opportunities!
For 11 years, the Mom Work Foundation has been helping women in their professional development. We support moms in returning to work after a break related to giving birth and raising children. In March 2022, our first assistance program aimed at Ukrainian women – #We Can Do – was created. It showed a great need to support refugee women in navigating the Polish labor market.
Continuing this idea, we decided to create a project in which both Polish and Ukrainian women will not only receive a portion of knowledge, but also create a space for mutual support and inspiration. And thus a space for professional and personal development.
This is how the project “Welcome!” was created.
This will make it easier for you to take advantage of the project activities! All you need is a computer with a camera or other device with internet access.
Do you have children? No problem! During our stationary meetings we provide support of animators.
We will be in four cities in Poland! You will find us in Krakow, Warsaw (even twice!), Wroclaw and Olsztyn.
Each location will host very similar activities – choose the one closest to you. Remember, the program lasts 4 months and for such a time we will meet. Therefore, choose in such a way that you incur the least logistical costs, with the greatest benefit 🙂
All activities carried out during the project are FREE for participants. This is possible thanks to the support of Citi Foundation and Kronenberg Foundation.
What else do we have for you?
We are also working with the wonderful volunteers of Citi Bank. If there’s something you’d like to learn, or something you’d like to consult in a smaller group or individually – let us know! We may be able to find individual support for you.
